Frequently Asked Questions
How does search work?
At the top of every page is a search field. You can search by author, title, subject, keywords, book number, ISBN or other characteristics. Results are shown immediately.
What is the condition of the books?
All books are complete and in at least good condition, unless otherwise noted. Any defects are always clearly described.
Can I get more information or pictures?
Yes, always. Feel free to email us with your request.
Are prices including VAT?
All prices are in euros and under the margin scheme. Therefore, VAT is not listed on the invoice.
How can I pay?
You can pay by bank transfer, iDeal, credit card or PayPal. We also support direct payment requests.
Do I have to order through the site?
No, you can also send an email or place a phone order.
How long does delivery take?
After payment, your order is usually shipped within 1-2 business days in the Netherlands, 4-8 days in the EU, and 1-3 weeks worldwide.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are shown automatically at checkout. If not, the weight may be too high or your country is not yet available. Please contact us in that case.
My order hasn’t arrived yet. What now?
Check if the package is at a pickup point. If your Track & Trace doesn’t work or was not received, let us know.
What about customs for shipping outside the EU?
Any import duties or restrictions are the buyer’s responsibility. Please inquire at your local customs office. We always fill in customs forms correctly.
Can I return my purchase?
Yes, you have 14 days to change your mind. You will be refunded once we’ve received the return in good condition. Return shipping is at your own cost.
